Frank Kubit and his crew spent three long days installing hardwood floors over 1200 square feet of my first floor in Middlefield, CT. Our biggest concern in choosing a contractor was not only deciding on a person who did fine work, but was able to do it in a reliable fashion.
Of the five contractors I talked with, Frank was the ONLY one to reply to EVERY voice mail and E-mail in a timely manner. He answered EVERY question prior to his arrival, and was eager to help me in the selection of product based on his personal experience. He and his crew showed up early and worked late. His work was not only exceptional, but the effort and consistency were EXACTLY what we needed to start living in our home again.
During the project, Frank was exactly what you would ask for of a contractor. Asking detail questions when several options presented themselves, and putting in extra touches that I did not expect...but needed.
His demeanor toward my wife and my 1 year old child endeared my wife greatly and made her feel VERY comfortable with Frank inside our home so many hours of the day. The daily cleanup his crew did made her very happy and at projects end all garbage was neatly stacked and ready for curbside pickup.
His prices were reasonable, his work is excellent, he is hard working, and got the job done exactly the way he quoted.
I have recommended Frank to my friends, and plan to utilize him again for future projects.

We are very happy with the beautiful Ipe deck built by Frank Kubit and his team. His intelligent design of deck stairs overcame the steep landscape challenge and everything turned out perfectly at the end. His crew were hardworking professionals thereby greatly helped in finishing the project on time.

Dear Prospective Customer,
Frank Kubit installed a six-foot vinyl fence around my built-in pool the week of May 14th, 2007. His installation price quote was by far the most reasonable of any other contractor. His quote for materials was extremely accurate. Frank arrived and did the job as promised in the timeframe he originally set. He removed my old fence and disposed of it at my local landfill.
All of the fence posts were set in cement and are extraordinarily straight and even. Frank communicated to me often to ensure the fence was installed to my satisfaction. He also had many suggestions to save me money while ensuring quality and the overall beauty of the fence.
I would strongly recommend Frank Kubit for any Home Improvement Project. He takes much pride in his work and keeps his promises. It was refreshing to deal with someone with such high integrity and ideals.

From the time that I heard Mr. Kubit voice on the phone I knew that he was the one to build my dream deck. The gate he put on was named the gate to "Heaven" leading up the stairs of the deck.
The problem is that he and his workers far exceeded my expectation. His professionalism and attention to detail left me with wow! every time he left for the day. His craftmanship is text book perfect. There was not a one question that he did not answer right away.
Before I decided to build the deck I had met with three other contractors. None of the three contractors were able to answer the most important question that I had.
The question was how were they going to fix the flashing around the house? Mr. Kubit answer was right on target because I already knew the answer.
I thank him for his kindness in helping me afford such a costly project.
